Church Office & School Closed

In anticipation of dangerous weather conditions, Chamblee First United Methodist Church will be closed on Thursday, September 26, and Friday, September 27. This closure includes the preschool, kindergarten, and all scheduled onsite meetings, events, rehearsals, and practices. Our decision is consistent with our CMK policy to mirror such closures announced by the Dekalb County School system.
Church staff will be working remotely and available via email. In the event of a pastoral emergency, please contact Rev. Zant at 404-999-4735.
Experts predict storm damage and potential power outages across our community and state. We urge everyone to stay safe and exercise caution. Please check on your neighbors and continue to lift up prayers for our first responders and the United Methodist Emergency Response Teams and volunteers, who are already mobilizing to assist those affected by the storm.
