Do Unto Others as you would have them do unto you.– Matthew 7:12

How do you want to be treated?

Jesus taught that we should treat others as we want them to treat us – including those with whom we disagree. Known as The Golden Rule, a version of this teaching can be found in almost every religion in the world. This universal rule holds the power to bring people together again.

#DoUntoOthers
is a kindness movement. Our goal is to encourage people to be intentional about treating one another with civility and respect. Imagine the impact we could have if all of us made the deliberate decision to participate in a daily act of random kindness!

We encourage you to be a part of this movement, sharing acts of compassion and making a difference in our communities. And we invite you to join us for worship as we explore how Jesus’ word can bring us together in these divided times.

How can you be a part of the movement?

We would love for you to use your voice to advocate, share, and encourage others to live out the Golden Rule. Your participation really matters to seeing real, individual change and action toward a more kind, respectful, compassionate, and loving society.  Click the images below to download shareable or contact communications@chambleeumc.org to request materials.
