As you may be aware, Chamblee First United Methodist Church (“CFUMC”) has been an integral part of what is now the Chamblee/Brookhaven/Dunwoody community since it was founded as Prospect Methodist Church in 1826. Although the intervening years have brought tremendous changes, one thing has stayed constant: this church’s commitment to helping meet the spiritual and other needs of those who call this area home. We feel that you, as the parent of a child or children in our local area, are in a good position to assist us in evaluating how we are doing and how we might get better. Consequently, we would greatly appreciate it if you would take time to answer the questions below.
