Lenten Sermon Series

Lent is a season of reflection and renewal. In our sermon series, Rooted: A Lenten Journey of Digging Deep and Letting Go, we will prepare our hearts for Easter by giving up what keeps us from God and taking on practices that draw us closer. We will follow Jesus through the Gospel of Luke, discovering how his life and teachings, death and resurrection, call us to transformation. Each week, we will explore a new spiritual discipline, learning how fasting, prayer, scripture, worship, and acts of mercy shape our faith. Each week through Apr 13, a new Prayer & Spiritual Practice station will be created in our sanctuary to support you on your Lenten journey. Each will offer a unique focus for prayer and reflection, guiding us through different aspects of our faith, such as gratitude, forgiveness, and sacrifice. We invite you to spend time at these stations, allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to your heart as you engage with each one. Whether you come alone or with family and friends, these stations will provide a quiet space for you to connect with God and reflect on the significance of this holy season.
