Welcome Rev. Hope Cody Peppers

We are delighted to announce that Rev. Hope Cody Peppers has been hired as our new Director of Youth Ministries. As a commissioned deacon, her official title will be Pastor of Youth and Community Engagement. We believe she is truly an answer to prayer and will be a wonderful addition to our ministry team.

Pastor Hope Cody is a provisional deacon in the Tennessee Western-Kentucky Annual Conference and has been serving in North Georgia since 2024. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Candler School of Theology. She lives in Decatur with her husband, Alex, and their dog, Mousse. In her free time, she enjoys all things crafty, spending time outdoors, and reading a good book.

Pastor Hope Cody officially joined our staff on Monday, March 23. We invite you to continue praying for her and for our church community as we anticipate all that God has planned for our youth ministry and community engagement.
